2014 Classic Cuvée

“Lovely stuff this” “Very Sophisticated”

Our 2014 vintage will be ready for sale in early December 2017.

Display case illustrated not included

Unmistakably Black Dog Hill and undoubtedly the best vintage of Classic Cuvée since the 2011.  This has all those fragrant apple blossom, citrus, brioche and biscuit aromas we love but with even greater structure and poise on the palate. The Chardonnay component gives the wine its racy style and drive while the Pinot Noir offers body, ripeness and red berry fragrance.  Superbly balanced with impressive length, this is an elegant example of English sparkling wine from a producer at the top of their game.

  1. Anja

    From Robert England “Wine Boar”

Pale gold in colour with a pristine lemon/lime top note. Elderflower, apple blossom and grapefruit all mingle beautifully with the autolytic aromas of biscuit and brioche. Very well judged and subtle. Super length and drive. Precise. An elegant wine.
    Lovely stuff this. Very sophisticated.
