A fresh vibrant perfume reflecting the landscape of the vineyard, a spectrum of green vines, white flowers and the deep, chalky earth of the South Downs.
“Chienoir evokes the landscape of the vineyard nestled at the foot of the South Downs where the sheltered vines grow happily in chalky soil littered with prehistoric sea fossils. Imagine walking through vibrant green vines treading the downland terroir and inhaling the salty woodland air. Neroli, sweet orange, bergamot, juniper berries and pink peppercorns create an aromatic open space on a deep earthy base of patchouli, oakmoss, opoponax, tobacco, wood and musk. Each of the sixty bottles in the first limited edition batch has a unique label hand marbled using the ancient Japanese art of Suminagashi, is presented in a handmade silk bag and comes with a print of an original Amanda Beadle watercolour of the Vineyard.”
